Aaron McMahon, LCPC

Aaron believes we all have some area of our lives that we would like to change. His passion is to walk with individuals who want or need this change. For change to take place in treatment, we need clear direction with measurable goals, a strong sense of hope, and a good fit between the therapist and client. Aaron takes a holistic approach to counseling that addresses the physical, intellectual, emotional, social, ethical, and spiritual needs of the client. He would love to be a part of your change process.

Aaron specializes in counseling adults and adolescents in the areas of parent-child relationships, couples and family problems, men's issues, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and Christian spirituality. He also has extensive first-hand experience in the treatment of individuals and families dealing with addiction and its human impact.

Aaron earned a Master of Divinity, as well as a Master of the Arts in Mental Health Counseling, from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. He was instrumental in helping launch Steeple in 2018.
