Individuals

One of the most difficult parts of the therapy process is the beginning—and we know that coming to the first appointment requires an extraordinary amount of strength.  Coming to the realization of the need or the readiness to work on something is already a big step.

In individual therapy (IT) sessions, we focus on treating the unique need of the person.  Treatment plans are specifically and intentionally catered to each person.

Common issues addressed in IT:

ADHD
Alcohol abuse
Anger
Anxiety
Bi-polar
Career counseling
Depression
Drug abuse
Eating disorders
Grief and loss
Medical and health concerns
Mood disregulation
Parenting issues
Relationship problems
Social anxiety
