We use an electronic health system which offers you a fully mobile client portal that we hope you'll love using.

New and existing clients can use the portal to:

  • fill out intakes
  • send secure messages
  • view appointments
  • download documents
  • pay bills

Payment + Fees

Clients typically cover the cost of therapy through one of two ways: Insurance or Self-Pay.

Insurance clients 
We currently accept the following insurances:
Aetna PPO
BlueCross BlueShield PPO
Cigna PPO
Humana PPO
UnitedHealthcare PPO

We're expanding the insurance plans that we accept all the time! If you want to verify your benefits, you can give us a call, or you can call your insurance provider directly.

Please note that some clinicians accept a wider variety of insurances than others.

Self-Pay
Many clients use self-pay as an option. We accept credit card, Zelle, cash or check.

Credit/Debit Card Processing Fee
A credit/debit card processing fee of 4% is applied to invoices for those paying by card; this will show up as “Processing Fee” on invoices. 

Prefer to avoid this charge? We get it! You can skip this fee by choosing one of the following non-credit/debit card options of payment:

  • Zelle (find us at zelle@steeplecounseling.com)
  • Cash
  • Check
